The mission of the Goodwill Fire Co. No.1 of Washington Boro shall be the preservation and protection of life and property for the citizens of Manor Township and surrounding communities during fire, river rescues, floods, storms, national disasters, vehicle accidents and medical emergencies, through an innovative and continuing education training program and professional application of fire and rescue techniques. |

On 21 Nov 09 Engine 781 travelled east to the Lancaster Township Fire Department to cover their area for the evening. The Company 66 membership requested the transfer in advance so they could enjoy a un-interrupted night off with friends and family at their Annual Awards Banquet. Special thanks to the members of LTFD for the great hospitality.
