Crews Assist on Dwelling Fire on Letort Rd. |

On Saturday May 15th 2010 station 78 was alerted for Engine 7-8-2, Tankers 7-8-1 & 2 to assist Station 6-2 with a dwelling fire at 1037 Letort Rd. Engine 7-8-1 went enroute with a crew of 4 in place of Engine 2. While enroute county updated with a fire in the dryer. Before arrival of Engine 7-8-1 Command 6-2 requested next unit in to set up ventilation on side Delta of the structure. Upon arrival the Engine crew used a PPV fan to preform assigned task. Tanker 7-8-1 staged behind the E-7-8-1. Command held the assignment to station 6-2 apperatus and E-7-8-1 and returned the rest. Upon completion of mob up crews returned with no further incident. (E-7-8-2, Tanker 7-8-2, and Squad 7-8 were recalled before arrival) |
