Tractor Trailer Fire at Turkey Hill Dairy |

At approx. 1630 hrs. Engine 782 and Tanker 781 were alerted to assist Highville (Co. 62) with a reported tractor trailer fire at Turkey Hill Dairy. Eng. 782 and the Tanker went enroute with a combined staffing of 7. Deputy 62 arrived on scene with a smoldering fire in the refer unit. Eng 782 crew was instructed to pull a second line and make entry into the rear of the trailer. Crews found a slight smoke condition and minimal extention into the cargo area. Crews remained on scene to assist with mop up and returned with out further incident. |
